Problems downloading files

Hi,

I'm at a loss as to even where to post this question, so I thought I'd ask
here and maybe would either know the answer or could point me in the right
direction.

For several weeks now, when I try to download most fiiles fro 4shared, it
goes from saying that it will open in one to two minutes and then just keep
dragging out until the time goes up to 2 or 3 days or even more. I don't
know why this is happening and don't know how to fix it. I'd appreciate any
help I could get on this matter.
