problems after installation

Installed, ran the tool and fund 14 items more than my
old "Ad-Aware" tool...good! but then I can not connect to
the internet and my Firewall is off and can't turn on;
great, so now I had to restore my computer back and now I
am connected again. Any advise?

You should be able to reinstall and keep going this time!
