Each time I log on to my mail it promps me for my password
in incoming and outgoing mail, now after several tec.
support they advise me to seek help on the net. One
problem is obvious that my mail is not recognized. Ex:
When i go to Internet Options, then click on Program in my
E-Mail slot the box is blank and when I push the arrow the
down screen is blank to, this leads me to believe that my
mail is not being recognized, please inform me how to
enter my mail into these boxes if at all possable.

Flabbergasted
