Incoming and outgoing server names

Bruce

When setting up my e-mail account and I get to incoming and outgoing promps
it comes back to me that neither POP3 or IMAP are valid. Any suggestions?
As of now I hate this system. But I am stuck with it for my business.

Call you ISP ( internet service provider ), they have you in-coming and
out-going servers name. Ask them also if they can lead you through the
account setup. They should be able to do so.
You can tell us in you e-mail address, what follows the sign @. Mine is
(e-mail address removed).

It doesn't matter which system you're "stuck" with... you still need to
enter the correct server names and settings in order to access your email
account(s) with any email program.

Your email account provider should have instructions on their website.
If you tell us who your account provider is, perhaps someone can assist.

Must be:

Verizon incoming mail server: incoming.verizon.net
Verizon outgoing mail server: outgoing.verizon.net
