PROBLEM WITH UPDMGR

I frequently get an Application Error Report which says
the application needs to close. The details are:
AppName updmgr.exe
AppVer1.5.5.0
ModName mfc42.dll
ModVer 6.0 8665.0
Offset 00001351

What can I do to fix this?
