every time when I open the excel sheet on the other PC, do what I have to do,
save and close, and when I will on my PC to open excl sheet I become this
error:

Update your VBE6.DLL to 6.5.10.40

Your version of VBE6.DLL (6.5.10.24) but also some previous ones has caused me enormous trouble with Excel and a lot of GPF's. The GPF's occurred from Excel 2000 all the way up to Excel 2007 and with a 100% replicable behaviour.

I have found that all of the newer versions of VBE6.DLL, namely 6.5.10.32, 6.5.10.34 or 6.5.10.40 solved my problems.

I have substituted VBE6.DLL with 6.5.10.40 and have never had a GPF.

Version 6.5.10.40 seems to come with Office 2007 SP2 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/970357/en-us).

You can install version 6.5.10.40 for Office 2002 via the download available in KB969403 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/969403/en-us).

You can install version 6.5.10.34 for Office 2003 via the download available in KB960420 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/960420/en-us).

Version 6.5.10.48 for Office 2007 also exists also but I didn't try yet (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/969960/en-us).
