When I close the excel application window return the following error message:

Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience.

AppName: excel.exe AppVer: 10.0.6713.0 ModName: msvcrt.dll
ModVer: 7.0.2600.3085 Offset: 00037efb

I tried to lookup this error in the Knowlwdge Base from Microsoft but I
cann't found how to fix the problem.

Maybe try running Detect and Repair.

Goto the Help menu, select Detect and Repair

Try this;
I've found the solution posted by a guy KeHo in another forum.
The problem is caused by bluetooth drivers instaltion. There's the solution:

In Regedit
HKEY_Local_Machine
Software
Microsoft
Office
Excel
Addins
BtOfficeAddin......

set value for LoadBehavior to 0

I tried the bluetooth thing above - it worked, but unfortunately, I also did some Office Updates at the same time, so I don't know which one fixed it.

Good to hear that it is gone. It is caused by bluetooth. Change it back if you want to test again!

I am using a DELL Latitute E6500 and it seems to be a DELL problem pretty well ignored by DELL. We had to tell the Dell service what fixes it.
