problem with shutdown and restart

Hi all!
I have a problem on my computer (390 MB RAM, 750Mhz Duron, NVidia, and Win
XP Pros SP2. It's pretty old computer, I've bouht it in 2001. The problem is
- when I try to shutdown or restart my computer - every time after screen
"windows shutdown" I'm getting blue screen with such inromation:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL.
Stop: 0x0000000A(ox000000b0,0x00000002,0x000000000,0x8052d2b6). What does it
mean and what to do. Earlier I had such a problem only when I tried to
shutdown compuer but now even if I restart it- the same problem
