Problem with setting up advanced connection

Hello, I have a problem I try to set up an "Advanced Conncetion". When I try to set up to "Accept a new connection" in the wizard I get the following error

Incoming Connections Warning
"Incoming Connections depend on the Routing and Remote Access service which was unable to start. For more information, check the event log

In the viewer I get the following message
The Routing and Remote Access service terminated with service-specific error 499 (0x1F3)
For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp

When I tag "http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp." It gives me this information

I do not know what this means. Ido know in "Services" that when I try to start "Routing and Remote Access" in properties I get this error

"Windows could not start the Routing and Remote Access on Local Computer. For more information, review the syste. Event Log. If this is a non-microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code 499.

I cannot find a error code 499 on the Microsoft web site

Can someone help???

Thank

Go to Services and check to make sure that the Remote Access
Connection Manager service is enabled... If so, try starting it...
Then try to recreate your Incoming Connection.

Other possible solutions:

(from google)
Check in the system32 directory for MSJETOLEDB40.DLL. This file may
be missing or named incorrectly. A file by the name of MSJETOL1.DLL
may exist. This is the 8.3 name for MSJETOLEDB40.DLL. If
MSJETOL1.DLL is there, rename it to the long file
name above. If it isn't there, copy it from another machine. After
the file is renamed or copied, register the DLL by typing "regsvr32
MSJETOLEDB40.DLL".

RRAS should now start.

Thank you very much!

Reregistering service (regsvr32 MSJETOLEDB40.DLL) solve my same problem.
