problem with quick keys on keyboard

have HP keyboard model 5219URF
problem is that none of the quick keys work
go to control panel then to keyboard click button tab and it appears that
all information has all been erased
try to write in information but it won't let me then this error comes up

"C:/WINDOWS/system32.dll,Control_RunDLL
"C:/WINDOWS/system32/main.cpl",Teclado"
please help me because I don't know what to do as I am just a learner
