Problem with Photo printing wizard - Layouts

For some reason the layouts in the Photo Printing Wizard are in Metric
Sizes Like 10 x 15 cm instead of 4 x 6 in

How can i change this back to Standard sizes instead of Metric ?

Try going to...Control Panel / Regional and Language Options /
Regional Options tab...

Choose "English (United States)" in the top drop window.
