Photo Printing Wizard - Default Settings

I used to be able to view the picture sizes in imperial units, now they show
up metric and I don't know what changed that. I like metric, but
unfortuantly, no frames come in 10 cm X 13 cm, etc....they are all 5 x 7 and
this is really inconvenient. How do I switch it back?

Control panel / Regional and Language Options /
English (United States) / Apply / OK.
