Problem with Paging file

Hello all,
I have a problem with virtual memory paging file on my
Win 2000 server SP3. I set it to 4000 Mb. but after the
restart we find that it took only 20 Mb. when I put it
3900 Mb it works fine, is it known issue

You might want to look into Physical Addressing
Extensions. There is a boot.ini switch that you have use
to get a sql server to recognize more than 4 Gigs of
memory (/PAE). I'm not sure if this relates to pagefiles
but I thought it might be worth a mention.
