Problem with new DC 2003 in 2000 domain

I have one domain based on Server 2000 in native mode and I need add and
transfer the DC to Server 2003.

I will be problem in this operation because the 2000 native mode?

No, this is a fairly straighforward process.

You will need to use adprep /forestprep and adprep /domainprep from the 2003
CD to prep the domain prior to doing a dcpromo on the 2003 box.
