other DC W2000 Server, but in Active Directory show the old server name´s

Just because you've changed the FSMO roles won't remove the old DC.
When you launch the AD Users & Computers mmc, you're going to connect
to a DC - you just happen to still be connecting to your old DC. From
within AD Users & Computers, you can right click on your domain name
and select "Connect to Domain Controller" if you want to change your
connection. But the old DC will still be functioning, servicing log on
requests et. al.

If you want to remove the old server as a domain controller, you need
to run dcpromo and demote it back to a member server.
