Problem with my Crazy Pendrive

When I insert my pen drive into the USB port, my computer manage to detect it and install it, but when I try to open the pen drive in “my computer” it appear as 2 new Removable Disk that is the (G and the (H and the worse thing is I was unable to open any 1 of it.

Your problem could be a conflict, but without this info it's hard to help you.

well im using window XP sp2 .
At first i was able to use the pen drive
but one day my computer gets into Windows Blue Screen System Dump
so i was forced to reboot my computer manually.
after i recover from the system error i found out that my pendrive is not founctioning.
My com is able to detect the pendrive and install its driver after the incident ,but it apper as 2 different drive in my computer
as i try to open it, the com request me to insert a disk into the drive.
The same thing happen whe i tested my pen drive in one of my friend house
