problem with mounting my pendrive

when i mounted my pendrive to pc it says you usb is malfunctioned and it is not recognized by windows...... Actually my pen drive was working properly for the past days......when i try to mount it now tis problem arises.... there are lot of important info in my pen drive.......please help me to solve this problem.....i was helpless.

Nice colours, very hard to read ... try another USB port or another PC.
