Problem with MS Shared Fax on Win 2000 clients with SBS server 2003

Hi,

I've a problem using the Microsoft Shared Fax client on my Windows
2000 client with Small Business Server 2003 (but the problem was the
same when using a Windows 2000 server...) : i've installed the client
with "\\server_name\faxclient\setup.exe" and all seem to work fine :
the shared fax client is installed on my Win 2000 pro station. But
when i try to print on the shared fax i get the fax wizard and on the
first step of the wizard i get this error : (translate from french
message) : "couldn't extract (or get) informations from the fax server / the
fax wizard will closed" ... (in french the original message is : "Les
informations du serveur de télécopie ne peuvent pas être extraites /
l'assistant télécopie va se fermer".

With Windows XP clients there is no problem all work correctly.

Is somebody have the same problem ??? And is anybody know how to solve
this problem ???

Are the Windows 2000 and Win 2003 boxes in a workgroup? If they are in
workgroup are u logged in as the same user on both the machines and also do
they have the same password?

If both are in a domain are they joined to the same domain?
