Problem with FTP program

For several months, I have used the Win XP FTP utility to access my website.
This morning it won't login and tells me the Username/Password is no good. I
know it is good, but I think the information is corrupt. I have deleted any
reference to the ftp site in My Network Places and IE, but the FTP Wizard in
My Network Palaces still has the information. Everytime I use the Wizard to
reconfigure the ftp site, I think it is using the old (corrupt) info. How do
I delete this and start from scratch?

No, contact the administrator for the computer which hosts your website.
That is where the problem lies.
