Problem with email on ICS

I have managed to setup net and ICS where the internet is sharing ok
(Internet Explorer) but cannot get email to connect on client machines.
Since Outlook Express is supposed to have same protocols as I.E. I cant
understand why email is giving error message that it is unable to find
server?
 
What error messages?

Are all user PCs attempting to access the same user account for email?
