Problem with destop theme program.

Please help someone. When attempting to change my desktop
theme, I keep getting the following error: (run a dll as a
program has encountered a problems and needs to close.)
Sorry for the inconvience. It will not allow me to change
any of the settings. This occurs as well when I try to
change from the display panel. Please help!
