Problem with a process

I've downloaded a program and i know how to uninstall it, by removing the
msnapps.exe file in my system, but the problem is that the process initiates
automatically each time i close it, and the process is an IRRITATING
Registion Pop-Up how could i interrupt the Self-Initiating of this program so
i can eliminate the msnapps.exe file forever?

But i need a way to STOP the process and if i stop it i could delete the
msnapps.exe from my system! (Fedix = Fede)
