problem when opening new windows

After visiting a rather odd page, now whenever I try to
open a new window by right-clicking on a link, the window
is tiny. Any way to restore the sizing to default?

Stretch that small second window out to full size- don't use maximize.
Close the first (parent) window, then close that second window.
