I downloaded Real Player and w/ it came a 14 day free trial offer for Rhapsody. It displayed its icon on my desktop. I didn't want this so I tried to remove it. I right clicked on the icon and clicked delete and it said that I had to remove the program by going to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panal. I went there and it was not there...only the Real Player. So I doubled clicked on the Rhapsody Free Trial icon and followed the directions to install it. Then I went to the Add/Remove Programs and removed the program. BUT... the Rhapsody Free Trial icon is still there and when I try to remove the icon it gives me an error message of " Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source file or disk." I just want that dang icon off my desktop and gone forever....Please help!!!

Boot in Safe Mode. Start clicking F2 (some PCs it is F8) at boot time to get into Safe Mode. Then rightclick the icon and delete. Shutdown and Reboot.
