problem updating to spyware definition 5933

I have installed the latest definitions 5933 for 3 days
running, but although the 5933 install is confirmed, the
program reverts back to defintion 5929.

The update 'date' shows the confirmed installation date;
however, on the next attemped update, 5929 appears again.

help appreciated.

I applied the fix suggested by Robin - but when the new
definitions (5735) came out today, I am back in the loop
of updating from 5733 to 5735 each time I try. ---

Sorry but that DOES NOT WORK! I tried Robin Walker's
suggestion on three (3) separate systems (XP PRO, Tablet
PC 2005 & Windows Server 2003) They all keep repeating
the update from 5733 to 5735!

Correction..

It works when you empty your Temporary Internet Files
(and select "Delete all offline content") before
attempting an MSAS definitions update. (from Robin Walker
July 14, 2005)
