problem to get the update of tracking on votes in Outlook 2003

Hi everyone,

we are often using the "vote option" in Outlook but the "tracking" tab
update does not work properly. Even if we have 15 people who voted,
only 2 or 3 replies appear in the table.

anybody knows this problem? any idea on how to repair this?

any help would be really appreciated here, as this is a daily use in
our office!
