Problem sending to an AOL E-mail Address from Outlook XP

Here's the situation. User is in an Exchange 5.5
environment, running Outlook XP on a Win2K machine.
He has lost the ability to send to any addresses @ aol.com
He can send to any other addresses.
His account can be opened on another machine & can send to
aol accounts. What am I missing?

Check the computer's network configuration and the Outlook
configuration. AOL will block messages that have malformed or dubious
headers.
