Hank

I have a problem with character display compatibility.
I am using a Chinese Edition XP.
I want use an English Edition software, which contain ASCII extension
characters.
The software display well on an English/German Edition Windows.
But it display conflict with Chinese characters, as their have same inner
code.
How do I control the software display compatible with ASCII extension,
rather with Chinese characters?

Thanks

In Regional and Language Options, there is a setting on the Advanced page
to apply a preferred language to "non-Unicode" programs. May want to
experiment with that setting to see if it helps.
