Problem navigating to certain Web pages

I just did a system reinstall (Gateway XP SP2). I created 2 admin level
accounts and 2 limited level accounts.

Since the reinstall, there are a number of Web pages that only work
properly in the admin account in which I did most of the application installs
and configurations. However, when in any of the other accounts, these Web
pages cannot be reached, whether I put the URL in the address bar or try to
navigate by clicking on a link. I can't reach the stock portfolio in MSN,
either by entering moneycentral.msn.com/stock_portfolio, or by clicking on
the Portfolio links when I am on the MSN investor site. When I am in the
other admin account, it is fine. My wife cannot reach eBay auctions from the
list on the site on her account.

I thought it might be a Javascript problem, but it is enabled, and tested
(the test said it is enabled).

Has anyone seen this and know what to do about it?

Thanks.

I think that it is a Javascript problem. I cannot use certain links or reach
certain pages and certain section of pages do not show up. Parts of the eBay
home page do not show up (they show up as blanks). When I load eBay in
either the account that seems fully functional or use Firefox, I can reach
those pages and use those links. I noticed on the eBay page, the sections I
cannot see use Javascript. My IE Options though say Active Scripting is
enabled.
