page loading incomplete

When loading a page I got the message completed but it is not. P.e.
www.kpn.com I only get Corporate information | Press | Investor relations |
International portfolio | Werken bij KPN and miss the links PRIVATE etc.
This happens at more sites but I have no idea how to tackle the problem.
Please help.
