IE Hyperlinks non-functional

Windows XP Pro

Admin profile works, but IE in user accounts has quit
working. Cannot get links to function on specific web
pages. Google and Yahoo. In yahoo, when on the home
page, none of the links work. In google, at the start
page, only the links at the bottom of the page work. MSN
page works perfectly.

Again, problem only exist on user accounts not admin
account. Have deleted and reinitiated user accounts
without success. Have tried to reload IE without
success. Where should I be looking?

I did both suggested fixes: IEFIX and re install without
any success. When running regsvr32 url.dll I get:

File loaded, dll register server entry point not found,
file not registered or thereabouts as an error message.
All others registered.

Further thoughts?
