Problem links that open new window

Hi,

I'm having a problem with IE6 SP1. When I click a link that opens a new
window, IE doesn't display the web page. IE tries to open the new window but
only displays the toolbar and status bar area. The same happens if I right
click the link and choose "open in new window".

If I drag the link from the web page to the IE address bar the link opens
OK, unless there is a java script command to open a new window in the link.

Any links that open in the same window appear to work fine.

Any ideas much appreciated.

Re-installed SP1 and now everything seems to be working OK.
