Problem installing Outlook business manager (won't install)

I tried to install the BCM 2007 Beta 2.
The first time I ran the setup, it installed a hotfix for .net framework 2.
and then nothing happened. No setup window or anything like that.
I tried to run the setup again and again, but after self-extracting, nothing
happens.
Outlook: 2007 beta 2
Temp folder and program files folder are at different partition.
This is what I done so far.

1- I uninstalled and reinstalled .net Framework 2.0 and its hotfix.
2- I have quickbooks installed. I found the post which shows which reg file
causing problem with outlook. I looked after it, but I don't have that reg
key. so that means there is not conflict with quickbooks.
3- I extracted the installation file, opened "setup.ini" and found out that
the file "wizard.exe" should run after clicking setup.exe. I tried to run the
file. Nothing happened. So the file which causing problem is "wizard.exe"

I apreciate it if anyone can help me through this problem.

Is Outlook 2007 installed? BCM won't install without you first installing
Outlook 2007.

Yes, Outlook 2007 Beta 2 is installed.

Considering emptying your %temp% folder. Installshield sometimes won't
launch if there are issues with that folder.

Start -> Run -> %temp% -> OK

Be careful not to delete your cookies and history, if that matters to you.

I did it. Still same problem.
I also tried to extract the installation to a custom folder and run the
"setgup.exe". Still same problem.

Ps: Please note that when I click on "wizard.exe" (from extracted file)
nothing happens.

I have the same exact issue. I have attempted to install CBM 3 times, but in
the end, had to remove it each tine due to Outlook 2007 not starting.
