Problem in opening Microsoft Outlook

outlook.exe missing.... is there a way that I can download
outlook.exe from microsoft website

No. If you where using Outlook 2000 or later, you should be able to do a
detect and repair via the add/remove applet and supply the original
installation media when prompted.

Perhaps your shortcut has been damaged. Are you given the option to browse
for outlook.exe? If so, it's usually in C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OfficeXX\outlook.exe, where "xx" is dependent on your version of
Outlook.
