Problem enlarging the Icon Cache using Kelly's tweak.

I need to enlarge the icon cache on my XP Home + SP2. I have
downloaded Kelly's iconcache.vbs registry tweak and double clicked on
it but Windows doesn't recognise the file type and displays a list.
What Application is needed, please, on my computer to make a VBS file
run? (The MS website gives multiple answers, none of which I
understand.) I do not yet feel confident to tweak the Registry
directly. All help gratefully received.

Hello everyone. Thank you all for your contributions. The System32
file wscript.exe is present on my machine but, if I read the icon
correctly, has been blocked. I dimly recall blocking it to banish
Messenger popups about three years ago. I forget how.

This shouldn't have been an issue. Easy fix though and I have just added it
for you. See line 390 - right hand side:

Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, Kelly, but there is no entry at line
390 (RH side) on your website - even using the link you provided. Any
ideas?

For posterity's sake, I should point out that shortly after my last
post was received, the tweak entitled "RestoreVBS" was added by Kelly
to her website.
Thanks again Kelly. Work continues.
