Problem downloading Office Attachment

I have some students that are reporting, and I have seen, an error while
trying to download an office attachment. The error states, " Internet
explorer cannot download ..... 64.4.56.250. Internet Explorer was not
able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either
unavailable or cannot be found." I have seen other posts on this in
searching google, but have not found a valid solution. Does anyone have
a suggestion on how to fix this?
