Am running Windows XP with MS Office 2003. My MS Outlook email was working
fine until the computer was accidentally turned off incorrectly. Now I
receive the following message when trying to open my email:
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window.
Could not open folders. No stores were found to be open.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook from my disk, however no success.
Get the same error message. My Hotmail as well as Google's gmail work
correctly. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Oops. Bad me. You need to use the /resetnavpane switch, not /cleanviews.
At start menu, run (or Windows key + R) type outlook.exe /resetnavpane
