problem and has to close

starting about a week ago, after no chages to my system,
when getting on line my internet explorer will not open
and I get the following: Microsoft internet explorer has
encontered a problem and has to close:
App name: iexplore .exe
mod ver 4.10.0.2222
App ver 6.02800.1106
off set 0000a388
mod name kernel32.dll

does anyone have any help for me with this??? thanks so
much!!

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
