I get this message when I try to start Internet Explorer. The Error signature
is:
App Name: iexplore.exe
App Ver: 6.0.2.900.2180
Mod Name: kernel32.dll
Mod Ver: 5.1.2600.2180
Offset: 0001eb33
MS Online Analysis suggest error caused by Add-Ons to I.E. : turn off add-ons

I have turned off all Add-ons with no success. My Spyware/Virusware is
up-to-date. I have done a clean boot and checked the video drivers. I have
reinstalled I.E., but still it doesn't work.
Additional Suggestions Please.

Hi,
Was the spyware/malware check thorough enough? Did you run (updated)
Ad-aware, Spybot and Windows Anti-Spyware?

Posting a HijackThis log may turn up something that those programs missed.

You ran through the clean boot troubleshooting process. Did you disable
*all* non-essential programs/services? A legitimate program (toolbar,
security, anti-virus, ad-blocker) could be causing this.

Other possibilities at: http://aumha.org/win4/a/kernel32.php

Hope this helps,
Don
