Error message when I open IE

When I try to open IE 6.0, I get a message that Microsoft
IE has encounter a problem and need to close, We are sorry
for the inconvenience. Restart IE.

Offset: 0000a388

First, eliminate malware. I've seen a couple of cases where winshow spyware caused this:
