Problem after using rules

I am a new user of Outlook - and everything fine for last three months. Until
I set up rules to move some emails to different folders instead of Inbox and
now I am not able to receive any incoming emails at all --- I am in trouble
and don`t know how to correct this.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Hard to answer unless more details are provided--OL version, type of email,
kind of rules, error messages...etc. First thing to try is delete all the
Rules you set up.
