Problem accessing MSN sites

I have a weird problem. My brother and I have a shared
broadband connection, where my PC is the host, and my
brother's is the client. When we first started using it,
both of us could access MSN websites, namely, hotmail,
MSN, and we could log on to MSN messenger.

Today, however, my PC can still go to those sites, and
log on to MSN messenger, but my brother's can't. What
could be the problem? When his PC is connected straight
to the broadband modem, then he can access those sites.
But when the connection goes thru my PC(we're both using
winXP), then he has the 'site can't be displayed' error.

We've formatted our PCs.. I believe it is the settings.
anyone can help us?
