Problem accessing Internet from secondary user account

I have just installed BT Broadband using Ethernet port. My own primary user
account can access the internet normally. My wife's limited user account
cannot. She has to log on as me, connect to the internet, switch user and
then she can use the internet. If the internet connection is disabled and
she tries to enable it from her user account, the Network Connections - Local
Area connection - right click menu shows enable as greyed out whereas when I
do this from my user account it is black and I can connect to the Internet
normally.

I know a "Guest" account works that way with dialup.
Are you sure she has "limited" account?

Thanks Dennis

Definately a Limited User Account and not a Guest account.

Thanks for your interest.
