only 1 user account connects to internet

I have 3 user accounts on Windows XP. I use broadband to connect. Until a
few days ago, everything was fine. Now only the most recently-created
account will access the internet. The other two get an error page on
Internet Explorer. All 3 still access AOL fine through the same connection.
I tried creating a new user they account, but it didn't access the internet,
either.

How can I restore the connection to all my accounts?

Hello.I would just like to say that i have this EXACT problem, except
there are 4 accounts on my computer.Up until two days ago, everything was
fine. I don't know what happened, if you find a soloution, please e-mail me
back.I hope there IS a soloution to this problem...it seems I've tried
everything.Thank you.
