Probelm when trying to print

Hi,

I have an issue with a new installation of Microsoft Office Basic 2003. When
oepning up a spreadsheet and asking to print, Excel crashes and needs to
restart. this happens every time a spread sheet is created or opened from My
documents. This is also happening in Word. I have downloaded the latest
service packs and hot fixes but is hasn't fixed it. I have also done a Detect
and Repair to no avail.

Could someone please help me with this issue?

Are you sure your printer driver is not corrupted? Maybe delete the printer,
and then reinstall it, and see if this solves the problem.
