Read the Recommendation/Solution again, Kevin.
Read it slowly. I guarantee you, some will infer
that means to click the link and go get the updated
version of IE7. They will not see Vista as a listed
operating system but will download it anyway.

Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 Only.
