Private folder(s) HELP!

[JOEWARE]

I did a Full System Recovery w/ the Compaq Recovery Disc.
and now I cannot access my administrator account! I'm on
the owner account right now, please somebody help me, how
can i access my administrator folder! The folder is
private, everytime when i try to click on it it
says "Access if Denied." I don't want to my my important
files, somebody please help me access this private
folder. thanks.
