printing

my printer test page prints ok. i can print ok from other applications ie
powerpoint/email/scanner but i cant print in black from word, i can print in
colour from word. has anybody got any ideas. i have changed to home and
student office 2007 and still have the problem.
 
Please be more specific about what you mean by "cant print from Word." What
happens? Do you get an error message?
