If you wish exactly that, do a printscreen and paste to for
instance word.

Else, I think starting with the 2000 version, there's a documenter
found in Tools | Analyze where you can print most of what you
desire (hit the options button to specify after selecting objects).
 
Hi,
I have a database with 5 tables.
I need to print the structure of these tables.
i.e. I need to print the screen that shows field names, field type,
description (thing we see in the desidn view) for all the tables.

Can any one help

AFAIK, Access has always had the Analyzer built in. Certainly it was there
in Access 2.0 (I never used Access 1.0 nor 1.1)

Yes, you're right, I mixed it up whith printing relationships, which I
believe
became available in 2000 (though there was some downloadable wizard for
97, I think)
