How to print all "Dependancies" at once ??

Will

Is there a way to have Access print a listing showing how all tables,
queries and Forms depend on each other?

I tried the the Tools | Analyze | Documenter but that didn't seem to give me
that option.

Right now all I can do is select each object then right click it and ask for
dependancies... very labor intensive when you have a bunch of objects.

thanks for any help.

Hi Will,

If it's possibly within your budget, the tool that you need is Total Access
Analyzer by FMS: http://www.fmsinc.com/products/analyzer/index.html

I have version 10.5 for Access 2002. This tool is worth every penny of it's
cost in my opinion.

Just right-click on a query or table in the database window and see the
new "Dependencies" and "References" options that appear on the popup
menu.

Hi Danny,

It's been a while since I used the Questica Query Dependency tool. Do you
know if this will help with Will's request for form dependencies?

Thanks for providing an updated link. I first learned about this tool by
reading your review in the Sept., 2003 issue of Smart Access. However, the
link shown in that issue
(http://www.questica.com/services/QueryDependencies.asp) is no longer valid.
I attempted to contact Questica on this issue but, of course, I heard nothing
back from them.

Tom

Well, I wasn't sure if it would meet his needs, but I thought it
would be worth it for him to look at it. Sometimes you don't
know what you need until you see it :)
